Asphalt agreement: The Town of Sahuarita will review a proposed development agreement today that could end Vulcan Materials’ efforts to put a hot-mix asphalt plant next to Quail Creek, the Green Valley News’ Dan Shearer reports. Vulcan would also relinquish the right to operate the plant “in perpetuity.” (April 24)
